Appointment Policy

Late Arrival

If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible. Please note, we cannot guarantee we will be able to service your full/partial appointment if you are late 10 minutes or more of the scheduled time. If we do not receive a call after 15 minutes of your appointment time, it will automatically be cancelled.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure to give us a call at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We turn away other clients to hold your reservation, so please be courteous and give us a call as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel, so that we are able to take other appointments.

Group Appointment Policy

Appointments for a group of 3 or more people will be required to provide a credit card to hold the reservation during scheduling. If you need to cancel the group appointment, please do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.  Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any late cancellations (within 2 hours of your appointment time) or no shows will result in 100% charge to the credit card provided.
