Our Services
Our clients' health and well-being is very important to us. To keep our services sanitary, we use disposable pedicure liners and pedicure kits (liners, nail files, pumice, and buffers). All our tools and nail stations are sanitized after every customer.
** We will fix no chip manicures at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. If you would like to have them all changed or re-done, we have the right to charge it as a polish change ($12 for the 1-week polish and $25 for the no-chip).
***We do not fix any polish changes when they chip. The polish is more likely to chip when the cuticles are not cleaned up, so we are not liable for chipping with polish changes.
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds on any services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received at Spa O, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. Remedies for concerns will be determined at our discretion.
