Group Appointment Policy
**Due to limited capacity, we will now need a credit card to hold appointments for groups of 3 or more people. If you need to cancel an appointment, please make sure to call at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. You will be charged for the full amount if it's a no show or cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment time.
Walk-Ins
If we have availability, we will allow walk-in appointments. Please call our store at (847) 913-8800 before walking in to ensure we have capacity.
